My understanding is that these programs are pretty well run by independent analysis, and sometimes there is this perception out there that all we need to do is cut more overhead here and staff here.

Correcting the Record: your shitty, watered-down bill is a band-aid on a bullet hole. It does NOT ban stock trading. It bans Members of Congress from *BUYING* stocks but not *SELLING* them. Nice loophole.
