We need a farm bill that gives them certainty as they work day in and day out to feed, fuel, and clothe us all.
I am more than a little puzzled as to how a 20 percent cut to their funding would allow for that.
I have committed to finding effects and benefits for American producers and no one else, and I tend to find one.
We want to see our bipartisan priorities funded.
