I know in my State of Massachusetts, the number of people who are eligible for SNAP has increased as the economy has gotten worse.

We are all obviously committed to doing everything we can to eliminate fraud, waste, and abuse to the system.

I would urge you to help me convince the President to go ahead with that conference.
