As we begin the budget process, Democrats are asking Republicans questions about the basic principles of what they are planning to do. The first question is whether there is anyone who is so rich that Republicans think they don't need a tax giveaway. My amendment says that anyone who earns more than $10 million a year won't get a tax cut in the new Republican budget, and I want to know if Republicans will agree to that.
