Your first $50 million is free and clear, but your $50,000,001, you`ve got to pay two cents, at two cents on every dollar of wealth above that, until you hit a billion, then you get to add a little bit more. This would affect the top one-tenth of 1 percent in American. And it would be a way to raise about $3 trillion in revenue.
