Two weeks ago, I, along with my colleagues, Congressmen Frank, Keating and Tierney, sent a letter to Secretary Locke urging him to coordinate with the Departments of Treasury, Labor, Housing, and Urban Development, and the Small Business Administration, to assess and evaluate all options to provide assistance to Massachusetts' fishing communities negatively impacted by the transition to a new fisheries management plan.
