The text of the amendment is as follows: At the end of title XVII add the following: Subtitle D--Miscellaneous Provisions SEC. 17801. PROHIBITION ON EXPORT OF GAS. Each oil and gas lease issued under this title (including the amendments made by this title) shall prohibit the export of gas produced under the lease. The Acting CHAIR.
