I am praying for Robert and his family today.

As with other efforts to erode federal civil rights oversight and enforcement, ED’s proposed rule is ‘like throwing away your umbrella in a rainstorm because you are not getting wet.’

FERC has a statutory obligation to ensure that consolidation in the energy sector serves the public interest, not corporate profits. It is impossible to see how this consolidation will not put the public interest at risk.

This is the most energized I’ve ever been. It’s not your age, it’s the age of your ideas. And in this race, I’m the youngest guy.
