That, in and of itself, is a subsidy. Let's be honest. It's Federal taxpayer money which is subsidizing an industry--the electric utility industry, the nuclear electric utility industry--that is probably the wealthiest industry in the United States with the exception of the oil and gas industry. So why should the taxpayer be subsidizing that and at the same time be taking out the funding for the wind and solar industry? I urge a ``no'' vote.
