So what I am hearing you saying then is that there is a threat because they are extracting the oil from tar, that there is a greater likelihood of a dangerous warming on the planet and that the benefits as the pipeline goes through our country are not certain in terms of the oil staying here in our country to break our dependence upon imported oil.
