I just disagree with that 100 percent. I just think if we are going to have a loan guarantee program and Solyndra is going to be criticized, then we have to criticize the United States Enrichment Corporation as well, and we should find a way indigenously of doing it but not subsidizing companies that are going bankrupt. It is just wrong.
