With all due respect to Senator Inhofe of Oklahoma, with whom we disagree on climate issues, I have to give credit where credit is due because it was Dr. Freedhoff, working with Senator Inhofe's staff, who got us to work together and pass numerous pieces of bipartisan legislation.
