Mr. Chairman, I have an amendment at the desk. The Acting CHAIR. The Clerk will designate the amendment. The text of the amendment is as follows: Page 4, line 19, strike the closing quotation marks and the second period, and after line 19 insert the following new paragraph: ``(7) Data regarding bonuses provided to executives.--In each oil and gas leasing program under this section, the Secretary shall include requirements under which the Secretary shall make available to the public data provided by each lessee under the program with respect to the bonuses provided to the executives of the lessee from the most recent quarter.''. The Acting CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 257, the gentleman from Massachusetts (Mr. Keating) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes.
