I hope that, if we do have delays here in the House, and as the terrain hardens and the mud season ends in Ukraine, and the threat of greater attack on the ground by Russia becomes graver, I hope that, if there is a delay in this, that my Republican colleagues will move on a discharge and sign the discharge petition.
