Reclaiming my time, this is not an additional amendment. This is a substitute for your own amendment. The idea is before I and other Members who support this bill are willing to accept your amendment which deletes language from the Sundstrand decision, we think you ought to have language that clarifies what the Supreme Court said. That is what this amendment does.
