let me summarize by pointing out that the Morella amendment simply says, do not do anything that is going to take private property that the taxpayers of America are going to end up having to pay for. Now, the opponents say, well, the fifth amendment already protects them. It protects the company by making taxpayers liable. That is not a good protection for us. If we want to protect the American taxpayers, we tell this bill and we tell the FCC, do not do anything that takes private property that American taxpayers are going to end up having to compensate for. That is why we need to pass this good amendment.
