I wish we would have hearings on that, because that is a real fact. That's not a political talking point.
I wish those Governors would have followed the guidance that President Trump's team put out as part of a major overall plan.
There's money, by the way, still available at every state for sanitizer, for masks, for all the things you would need to safely reopen.
