If we are going to continue creating jobs and compete with our foreign competitors, this mindset needs to change.
We need to stop the gloom and doom we are generating by referring to this huge and rapidly expanding demographic as an impending crisis or 'Silver Tsunami.'
We have to be better positioned here in Washington, in our State capitals, and in our cities to be good partners with these entrepreneurs.
