I rise today, and I am very proud and excited about where we are going to go in the next 6 or 7 hours. I want to commend the gentleman from California (Mr. Dreier) and the Committee on Rules for making a fair rule, a rule that has made in order 27 amendments. Most of these amendments were hammered out in the Member-only meetings.
