I would just like to add that there is no high ground in the Bayou.

Terrorism is terrorism no matter the perpetrator or the victim.

I think that cyber insurance is a piece of the puzzle that supports the other aspects of risk management.

I guess my question would be, for companies that have not invested in their cybersecurity, their information technology, and all those things to make their company stronger to fend off a cyber attack, is the insurance affordable?

I think that the FBI should be developing the skills and capabilities to do those kinds of investigations.

It appears that we just have an inability to get it done.

Well, and let's move on to, I guess, what your ultimate goal is when you say the National security interests, which is why you now have implemented waivers, or planning to, because of our partners.

Did we have any conversations about taking that waiver provision out of law, or striking that, so that the Secretary would not have the authority to waive on a case-by-case basis?

John Conyers is also asking for us to vote on voting rights. I don't hear anyone quoting him or moving to do that.

To stress the importance of the COPS program and additional funding for community policing and other initiatives that would help.

We're having to raise taxes and we're having to cut services such as youth recreation and other things that would keep kids out of trouble in the first place.

Can you all help to provide resources so that we can, one, comply with the consent decree, but two, not lose critical services for our youth and our public to keep them safe at the same time?
