Millions of dollars would be spent to shut down what most healthcare policy experts consider to be a hugely successful exchange.

In my opinion, obviously, rolling back these successes would be shortsighted.

Would you, on behalf of CMS, consider Kentucky's exchange a success?

This is something that I think is a high priority for Americans, and it is certainly for, I think, the benefit of democracy that people know who they are being influenced by.
