I just am worried where we are heading and I am worried about the tools that you have to counter where we are heading.
I think there comes a time when you take emergency actions, and if we are in that situation and in a market situation where we need emergency powers, all you have to do is come here and ask.
It is hard for me as someone who worked in the market for 31 years to understand how any trades can be broken arbitrarily by an exchange.
if the Congress does it that way, you are absolutely correct that this program will fall into an abyss and never pay for itself, and the Government will be on the hook for more than the 18 plus billion dollars it presently is.
