Is there anything you can think of that we can do to reduce the regulatory burden, and allow your industry to grow even more?

My concern is exactly Mr. Kelly's concern.

Don't you understand our concern that there might be a tremendous effect on rural kids and rural families the most?

Forgive us for not trusting that all of these issues would be addressed because this is a proposed rule.
