Provisional voting is good for robust democracy and encouraging citizens to engage with voting.

I would urge a 'no' vote on this amendment.

A lack of provisional voting creates a far greater possibility of harm.

This bill is being rushed to the floor of the House for political reasons rather than actual good policy.
