If that standard has changed, the National Weather Service owes Kansans clear answers about why and the science and data behind that decision.

There are plenty of us who disagree with court rulings on a regular basis, but you don’t completely change the way that we get Supreme Court justices just because you don’t like some of the rulings that they make.

I urge all of my colleagues to support H. Res. 153, and I continue to express condolences for all the victims to their families, friends, and loved ones. Mr. Speaker, I yield back the balance of my time.
