The material previously referred to by Ms. Davids of Kansas is as follows: Ms. Davids of Kansas moves to recommit the bill H.R. 6918 to the Committee on Ways and Means with instructions to report the same back to the House forthwith, with the following amendment: At the end of the bill, add the following: SEC. _. LIMITATION. Section 2 shall not take effect unless the Secretary of Health and Human Services finds that there is no pregnancy center (as defined in section 2) that provides medically inaccurate or deceptive information or puts at risk the health of women. The SPEAKER pro tempore. Pursuant to clause 2(b) of rule XIX, the previous question is ordered on the motion to recommit. The question is on the motion to recommit.
