There are many ways that we could, and should, work together to fix this country’s broken immigration system.

I don’t think these ought to be political positions and I was not about to start using political considerations.

I think in Kansas you just have to do that unless you want to bully your way through being governor.

The Legislature has never accepted the first ruling on either one of those, and so this is their way to change that and to give themselves the authority to decide these things.
