Laura Kelly: “There are many ways that we could, and should, work together to fix this country’s broken immigration system.”

These questions merit serious attention and real answers.

As the existence of a credible claim of innocence or evidence of manifest injustice are absent in his request, I have denied John Robinson’s request to commute his death sentence.

The Legislature has never accepted the first ruling on either one of those, and so this is their way to change that and to give themselves the authority to decide these things.
