Just maybe one general question on USDA and their size and operation. I mean, one of our hopes on this committee is that we can, you know, run a leaner operation in Washington, D.C., therefore allowing the dollars that we do spend here…
I want the money to go to the scientists with the white jacket in the lab finding the cure to the next world-changing cure.
I have even urged without effect Attorney General Holder to publicly call out backpage.com and similar sites to at least add an element of shame in the public square.
I want to thank them and also a lot of the U.S. Attorneys and, again, to pay particular tribute to Neil MacBride.
I think this is why a lot of Americans are concerned about the IRS getting involved in their healthcare decisions...
Certainly, the last year or so has put the IRS and their rulemaking authority on the front page of nearly every paper in America.
I have introduced a bill, along with Congressman Graves, my colleague here, and Democratic Members, that has over 175 bipartisan cosponsors to ensure that this practice stops in a variety of Federal agencies.
