Reclaiming my time, and I respect the gentleman from California, we have all kinds of opportunities around here to make priorities. We had a priority to try to cut 0.7 percent of the intelligence budget the other day. This body did not do that. We had the opportunity to cut B-2 bombers that the Air Force does not want. This body did not do that. Let us not pit two good programs against one another that we should be funding when we have got some of these other programs that the Defense Department does not want, a space station that does not work, when we are finding the Mars Pathfinder does marvelous things up in space for $267 million as opposed to $100 billion for the Space Station. Let us get our priorities right. Let us support our gulf veterans. Let us support AmeriCorps.
