Amendment No. 8 offered by Mr. Roemer: Page 70, after line 7, insert the following: Sec. 305. (a) The Federal building located at 10th Street and Constitution Avenue, NW, in Washington, DC, and known as the Department of Justice Building, shall be designated and known as the ``Robert F. Kennedy Department of Justice Building''. (b) Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, paper, or other record of the United States to the Federal building referred to in subsection (a) shall be deemed to be a reference to the ``Robert F. Kennedy Department of Justice Building''.
