We have a program in place that we do not want to see hurt by this legislation. I think we may want to see improvements in it. And if we cannot implement those improvements, we may want to work more with the State and local governments to see this implemented. Second, with the outbreak of a virus or something that could affect our children, the emergency provisions in this bill would allow us to act pretty expeditiously if we want to guarantee that quick action, not only for the impact on children but for our senior citizens, who might be more susceptible to infection.
