Let us come up with new ideas to save our public education system and let us not encumber those schools with Federal and State bureaucratic dictates that will hinder learning in those schools. Let us have these schools be cradles of innovation. Let us have these schools be boldly having new ideas come forward to the schools. I strongly encourage my colleagues on both sides of the aisle to vote against the rule, because it is an unfair rule, it unfairly intertwines a very strong bill like charter schools with the vouchers, if vouchers pass.
