there are books out there that you can pick up on the best seller list. I am not confirming, I am not denying what they say and what accuracy they have in a book written by Tom Clancy, or a book written called Blind Man's Bluff on submarines. But certainly some of these books that are written by former CIA people or are written by journalists and reporters, that talk in intimate detail about some of these programs, I do not support the release of that kind of information. But we are simply saying, Mr. Chairman, one ray of sunshine for disclosure, for public accountability and for information for the taxpayer, so that they have one grain of information to look at as they assess what our priorities should be with the intelligence budget as it relates to the overall budget.
