I follow the logic of your argument until you say it is going to help the military retirees because the military retirees don't get a specific benefit. I concur with you when you say, Steve, let DOD gain access to FSS pricing, let them get their rebates. I get DOD savings, and with those savings, I can buy equipment and other things. That's your argument. To say it is going to help the military retirees gain access through the formulary to lower drug prices is not true.
