The bill before us creates these epileptic centers to be associated with the five polytrauma centers. In order for veterans to gain access to them, they have to be able to travel to get there. The increased price of energy is very important for veterans to be able to gain access to these centers. It is pertinent, it is relevant, and it is material to this debate.
