I believe that is a constructive idea. The committee will review not only the issues raised by the Senator from South Dakota and our other colleagues, but potentially also other issues relating to rural credit, including the effectiveness of certain USDA loan guarantee programs, an issue brought to my attention recently by several community bankers.
