Of course, one of the most vivid and recent experiences was that in Bosnia, to which our country for some time did not wish to commit forces, did not wish to commit NATO or get a vote of our NATO allies. So, as a result, other nations attempted to bring about peace in Bosnia largely because our Nation stood aside but indicated to them they ought to carry on.
