I fully agree with my friend from Massachusetts that hunger relief needs to be a top priority for the Agriculture Committee, and resources should be found to address the problem. I am especially concerned that states have the flexibility they need to determine how vehicles are counted under the Food Stamp Program, since states know best what transportation families need to work and to safely transport their children.
