I think it's important that we take a moment as a party and as a movement to remind ourselves what we believe.

I mean, under the Constitution, the vice president’s role is only to preside over a session of Congress where the electoral college votes are opened and counted.

I mean, it’s deeply offensive to me that you could have a fund that could even possibly compensate people who assaulted police officers or vandalized the Capitol on January 6th.

My hope is the administration will drop it, drop the idea entirely.
