I think that in my experience of being an entrepreneur, a CEO for 37 years prior to becoming a Senator, that in many instances, and especially looking at the differences between states, and generally speaking on the Federal Government, that sometimes a regulatory reach is way over the top when it then generalizes across all businesses.
