That's Okay if you want to do it on something that isn't critical, if the marketplace allows it.
This is just another egregious example of a broken healthcare system.
I want to start with Ms. Moore. Congratulations on what you have done back in Indiana.
I am a big believer that best practices among States ought to be shared.
