So are you saying that you would be able to generate consistently 20 percent of our GDP in federal revenues, where that's not been the case other than just a couple of years when rates have been, you know, higher?

I am a Republican co-sponsor of this bill. Anyone watching this out there, get ahold of your representative of your Senator to get on it, because this is part of a broken system.
I support a bill out there called the Social Security Fairness Act, to fix the penalty under the windfall elimination provision, WEP in government pension offset GPO, because they overlook non-covered work.
