we have the Kesterson situation in California, similar to this because it was neglected in years past. Now, we are still living with that problem. We want to avoid this at this point. We have recurring responsibilities in this country. We think they should also adhere to the recurring responsibility and have an obligation downstream to help keep that lake alive.
