“I rise to discuss the tax bill. I am disappointed. You see, I am one of the many Americans who believe that we need to reform our Tax Code to benefit middle-class families. I also believe that we need to make those reforms in a commonsense, responsible way. Sadly, that is not the approach that was taken with this legislation.
