I will do all I can to get the Navy to do a better job of communicating and working with us, but the fact is napalm under the plan is safer to ship than gasoline, and we ship gasoline on the streets of our communities all across America every day. But it is much safer than gasoline or many of the other products that they ship on a daily basis.
