I believe our State has taken adequate steps to provide protections and information for consumers and therefore I will have to oppose the amendment. I am just looking out for my State of Indiana which made a determination of what is best for our consumers, and we are very happy in Indiana. I cannot support an amendment that preempts what we have done.
