Mr. Chairman, I do think it is a commonsense approach to a problem that we have. There are different ways to approach this problem that have benefits. But the one I am suggesting makes available to every truck on the Nation's highways the opportunity to incorporate reduced idling technology anywhere in the country in that they can have the opportunity to shut their engine off at night, quit polluting our air, quit using fuel unnecessarily. And I think everyone will benefit from that. We can continue to look for new solutions, but this is something we can do today to help our trucking industry, help our economy, create jobs, and help our environment all at the same time.
