Mr. Speaker, I think the bottom line is that the Energy Policy Act of 2005 authorized an additional $400 million annually for inspection, prevention and cleanup of our water supply; and without passage of this legislation, none of that money can be spent, regardless if you agree with the level of appropriations or not. So I think it is important that we pass this piece of legislation, and I encourage my colleagues to support it.
