I think that the secret to our success in Iraq is not just going to be firepower or dollars, it is going to be the content of the character of the men and women in uniform, and, certainly, we saw that they have tremendous character. They represent American ideals and values better than we could ever imagine. I think we certainly owe them a debt of gratitude for their efforts.
